Honestly, the idea of Cloud First I disagree with the most. Having cloud integration, yes - both storage and API endpoints, so the people that want to, can have a cloud presence. But Cloud-first often means local backends suffer or the app becomes unavailable entirely when the one datacenter that hosts you goes offline, and data extraction is contingent on the servers veing available.
Local-first, human-readable file (systems) are IMHO still a core contingency. But cloud support and integration can be a significant buisness model all the same.
